Warranty Claims

If a Metrinch hand tool ever fail due to a defect in the product, simply mail the claim part to us. Some exclusions apply which would void or do not apply to the life-time warranty, which include but is not limited to:

  • The item being altered in any way.
  •  
  • Lost, stolen or damaged by an act of God (such as fire, floor, etc.)
  •  
  • If the item is used for any other reason that its intended purpose, including neglect.
  •  
  • Rust ( most rust is stricktly cosmetic and does not justify being classified as broken)
  •  

*Impact tools and carrying cases are excluded from the lifetime replacement warranty.

Please include a money order or check payable to POOF, LLC for $15.00 S/H for Ratchets only or $10.00 S/H for any other tool. Note: Payments via check or money order takes 7 to 15 days of processing time. (For faster processing, include in your note that you would prefer to pay via credit card. We will call you once your package has been received.)

Ordering

To place an order, order directly from our website or call us at (800) 766-3444 to order by phone. Your credit card statement will show a charge from ARVEP.

Returns

In order to return a product, please contact customer service at (800) 766-3444 or support@metrinch.tv to obtain a return authorization number and our return shipping address. In order to receive a refund, you will need to include such authorization number with the returned product UNUSED. Returns without a return authorization number will require a 10% restocking fee.

All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. All returned item(s) need to be shipped within 15 days of the delivery date, in the original package using a carrier that provides tracking services. Upon receiving verification of the return and deemed unused after thorough inspection, we will process the refund of ONLY the cost of the item and if/any taxes applied. No shipping charges will be refunded.

For phone and online orders we only accept credit card transactions. Your credit card statement will show a charge from ARVEP.

To view your orders, please login to your account by selecting the My Account tab at the top of the page. Under the "Recent Orders" section, you will be able to view your order or place a new order.

Is there a catalog of Metrinch Tools, and if so how can I order one?

• Yes a catalog is available for only $5.00. Please order online or call (800) 766-3444.

I have the original 48 piece Metrinch, and wanted to know if the additional 14 pieces were available separately?

• Yes the bits are available. Normally the price of the bits is $25.00 plus S/H, but if you already own a 48 piece set, we will sell the bits to you for only $10.00 plus S/H.

Is Metrinch available in stores?

•  No. You can purchase the sets online or by calling (800) 766-3444.

Can I order individual wrenches and sockets?

• Yes, please search for the products under the appropriate categories on our website or call (800) 766-3444.

Can I order Metrinch if I live outside the United States?

• Yes. Just visit www.metrinch.com for details or order directly from our website. Please note, SHIPPING COSTS VARY when shipping internationally. Please contact us with any questions.

Where is Metrinch manufactured?

• The Metrinch Tools are manufactured in Taiwan and are made to specific U.S. patents and specifications.

How does the lifetime warranty and replacement guarantee work?

• Simply mail the broken tool to us. Please include $15 S/H for Ratchets only, and $10 S/H for any other tool, and we will send you a brand new tool. (Call or e-mail us for address information on where to send the part to).

Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
